Cancellation Policy

Cancellations prior to August 31, 2024 will result in a full refund less a $50.00 administration fee.

Cancellations received between August 31 and September 30, 2024 will be eligible for a 50% refund.

Cancellations received after September 30, 2024 are not eligible for refund.

Misrepresentation:

In the event that a registrant for the conference registers for a membership or discount rate, but does or cannot qualify for the rate, AEAC reserves the right to charge the registrant any difference in the applicable registration fee.

Privacy Policy:

By registering for a specific event, you agree that the event organizers (eVoque Event Management) may disclose the personal data you submit as part of registration to:

• co-organizers of the event as reasonably necessary for the management and organization of the specific event for which you registered;
• third-party service providers assisting  with the specific event, subject to contractually agreed conditions of confidentiality and security; or
• other third-parties for which you consent to disclosure in connection with the specific event.
