Shannon Phillips holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science and is an expert in innovation management, specializing in helping organizations become future-ready. With a strong background in organizational change management, strategic planning, and organizational behavior, he has co-founded and serves as the director of Unbounded Thinking, a business dedicated to embedding innovation into every organization through their Human-Centered Innovation Management (HCIM) framework. Shannon has also co-founded several innovation forums in Alberta and is recognized for his work on municipal-level innovation projects that drive economic development.
