Phillip Elchitz is the Director of Operations and Innovation at the Kelowna International Airport. His portfolio includes leveraging technology and innovation to create the most efficient operational environment possible which includes "blue sky thinking" and "beyond the norm" type of solutions. Phillip has 31 years of experience building and operating airport facilities and continues to find success in partnering with technology companies to advance their strategic plans and develop new products and services. Phillip is currently Chair of The Canadian Airport Council's Operations, Safety and Technical Affairs Committee and an active advocate for aligning regulation with technology in an airport environment.
