The Call for Presentations invites APCO Canada members, industry associates, business professionals and educators to submit a presentation proposal for Professional Development Educational Sessions to be presented during the conference.

Some topics that are of interest to attendees include:

• New Technologies
• Managing Budgets & Staffing Costs
• Work/Life Balance
• Change Management
• Mental Health Issues
• Leadership
• Mentorship
• Training Programs

APCO Canada 2024 Presentations will be held in person at the Delta Toronto Airport Hotel & Convention Centre.
Suggested format: 45 minute presentation with a 15 minute question and answer period.

Speaker Registration
All speakers, panel leaders or panelists will receive discounted Conference Registration of $600 + HST (Regular registration is $980 + HST).

Submission Requirements
All submissions must be provided to APCO Canada via the electronic form. Please complete one submission per presentation.  Submissions are due by July 15th.

Evaluation Criteria
Proposed program topics will be evaluated by a selection committee based on quality, timeliness, relevance and focus of the topic. Historical data from past Conference surveys are also considered.

2024 Submissions
If you submitted a presentation for the 2023 Conference and would like to carry over the same presentation, please send an email to conference@apco.ca. You do not need to re-submit an application.
