Experienced in training and emergency operations, Charlene currently serves as the Global Public Safety Engagement Leader at General Motors supporting Canada and global regions, educating the first responder community on emergency services and how OnStar collaborates with first responders during emergency incidents. Previously, she managed emergency call operations for in-vehicle emergencies, including EMD call handling, stolen vehicle, and missing persons incidents for OnStar members. She also implemented a critical incident stress management program within the OnStar emergency operations center to support advisors after challenging calls. Additionally, she is a Total Health & Wellbeing Coach/Teacher with Chopra Global. Learning under the guidance of Deepak, she has developed her expertise as a mindfulness and meditation educator/coach.
