J.P. Baker currently serves as a Lead in Product Management for the Public Safety and Professional Communications business unit at L3Harris Technologies. He is the product manager who led the launch of the Mission Critical Push to Talk (MCPTT) converged client on Southern Linc and FirstNet Built by AT&T LTE/5G networks. J.P. is also the responsible for L3Harris’s over the air update service Two47 Device Management (DMF). J.P. has over six years of experience in various product management and engineering roles with seven Patents and three patent-pending inventions. J.P. holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Rochester and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University.
