One mission, one vision, and a culture of excellence sounds like a formula for success for any organization but, what makes our intentions adequate for cultural excellence, and ultimately what are our true motivations for a great culture?

Our motivations are inherently characteristic of our individual diversity and the more positive aspects of motivation can be divided into autonomy, mastery, and purpose.

However, what drives us individually is critical to understanding what drives a thriving culture and how we adapt to change. Change Management is not always about drastic demolition but often focused on moving the needle in the right direction.

This course will explore what culture is and how diversity dynamically impacts the culture of an organization, future successes, and the changes necessary to cultivate a thriving culture. By “cracking the culture code,” a culture worth bragging about can be established and maintained.
