Leadership is the art of influencing, supporting and encouraging.  Effective leaders are empathetic, transparent, innovative and motivational.  They understand the value of integrity, accountability, ownership and foster creativity within their teams.  Yet, so many leaders are missing the mark when it comes to understanding their impact; how their unconscious biases, behavior patterns, and communication style is preventing their teams from accomplishing shared goals and outcomes.

How do we identify these problematic patterns, and more importantly, how do we solve them.
