Join us for an introduction to the Canadian National NG9-1-1 Training Collective. This will include a short presentation about the Collective, followed by a relaxed working group session. The session is open to trainers and anyone involved with or who has an interest in the topic to have a constructive discussion about training including pointers, challenges, ideas, and the future direction of PSAP training. Attendees are encouraged to bring their training questions to the session to discuss with others. Everyone attending who is not currently a member is invited to continue this discussion with the collective in future.
