PSAPs are understaffed, Communicators are stressed, over time is rampant, turn over levels are on the rise, recruitment drives are underwhelming, call volumes are rising and Health & Wellness is just a dream. Where do we go from here?

It's time for a real discussion about how to turn this tide around. There is a solution but it won't be one size fits all; compromises and a different mindset are necessary and tough decisions are necessary. We will discuss roadblocks, challenges, technology, HR, and other aspects of daring to create a different PSAP working environment and culture.
