Sharon Koch is a Senior Consultant at Esri Canada. She helps organizations get ready for NG9-1-1 from a GIS data perspective. She is heavily involved with the Emergency Services Working Group and is co-chair of TIF94 which is creating a path forward for Basic 9-1-1 areas of the country to get ready for NG9-1-1. She has over twenty years experience in public safety having spent many years answering calls and dispatching, as well as working on various projects.
