Jay Kaine serves as a Director of Threat Intelligence for Motorola Solutions’ Cybersecurity Services organization which includes the Public Safety Threat Alliance information sharing and analysis organization (ISAO). He is responsible for the plans and operations of the PSTA, which informs and protects public safety organizations globally against cybersecurity threats. Jay’s background and experience includes over 25 years in private and public sector roles supporting U.S. national security, including service as a U.S. Army Cyber Officer.
