Kim is a business analyst for The City of Calgary, currently working on the Next Generation 9-1-1 Project. Before starting this new career path, Kim was a call-taker and dispatcher for Calgary 9-1-1 for 13 years. She has been working hard to bring her operational perspective to the largely technical discussions on Next Generation 9-1-1 both within her agency and through the Emergency Services Working Group.
