Lis is the project manager for Next Generation 9-1-1 at The City of Calgary. She coordinates technical and operational subject matter experts, and business analysts to ensure NG9-1-1 is successfully implemented at Calgary 9-1-1. She is working hard to make sure this project is well understood by front line staff, and that they will feel supported during the transition.
