Peg Giesbrecht is the Training and Development Manager for E-Comm 911 in Vancouver, BC and is proud of her nearly 20 years supporting emergency services in her community. As both a front line communications operator, and key member of E-Comm’s support and leadership teams, Peg has the experience, vision and agility to drive innovation and challenge the status quo when considering the future of EOC Learning and Development. In 2019, Peg spearheaded the evolution of E-Comm’s Operational Team Lead Program, which led to the origins of the highly successful Peer Coach Program which she oversees with her colleague Jeremy Gordon.
Peg is also an experienced and sought after facilitator having delivered over 300 hours of training on behalf of the Mental Health Commission of Canada, along with delivering ongoing workshops of her own design on personal growth and development. As an End Of Life Doula, Peg also hosts regular events on behalf of Death Café International to promote greater awareness about end of life support options.
