Jeremy came to E-Comm in 2018 following his time as a pilot with the Royal Canadian Air Force. As an officer in the Air Force, he gained significant experience both leading and training teams. Prior to the RCAF, he gained emergency experience as a paid on-call firefighter. Jeremy has a Bachelor of Business Administration and has trained in Lean Methodology. Since being at E-Comm, he has worked across multiple operations teams as a call taker, dispatcher, and supervisor. Jeremy was involved in the design, spearheaded the launch, and continues to support the development of E-Comm’s Peer Coach program, which establishes a dedicated role to provide on-the-job training to new police calltakers. Regardless of his position, he strives to help both the public and his peers in any way he can. In his spare time he loves riding his motorcycle, hiking, and cooking. Jeremy brings unique experiences and perspective to emergency operations, training and development.
