Robert is the Next Generation 9-1-1 Data and Solutions Manager at Esri Canada. He is helping to develop standards and best practices as it relates to GIS for NG9-1-1 for Canada. He is the co-chair of the Emergency Services Working Group – TIF92 which will be laying the foundation for GIS for NG9-1-1 for network service providers, aggregators, and local data authorities across the country. Prior to this role, Robert spent over a decade as Geomatics Manager at the NB911 Branch of the Government of New Brunswick’s Department of Justice and Public Safety. While there he oversaw the GIS operations for NB 911, NB EMO, and the Office of the Provincial Security Advisor.
