Tracie has been in the 911 Industry for over 10 years. She started as a part-time call taker and now has the position as Training Officer at the ECC in Red Deer, Alberta. She has seen many changes in the Centre over the years and has loved watching her team grow. She is a mother of three children that occupy most of her time off. She also loves a day trip to the mountains and Oreo McFlurries.
