Shandra Feenan (she/her) is currently employed at E-Comm 9-1-1 as the Manager of Police Call-Taking. Shandra is a recognized leader in developing and coaching high-performing teams, implementing change management initiatives, and conducting comprehensive policy reviews. Shandra is a regular facilitator Respect in the Workplace and Belonging training at E-Comm. She has had an extensive 19-year career in the emergency services field, including roles as a police call-taker and dispatcher. This ultimately led to her transition into supervising a dispatch team for several years. Furthermore, Shandra was an Auxiliary Constable with the RCMP for ten years serving the community of Richmond, BC.
Shandra has attained an Executive Leadership and Performance Leadership certificate from Cornell University, where she studied leading organizational change, coaching skills for leaders, leadership and conflict resolution, and inclusive leadership. She is well-versed in Incident Command structures and processes and has led teams during high-profile critical police incidents.
