"Shawn joined Toronto Paramedic Services as an Emergency Medical Dispatcher in 2014 after completing his Honours Bachelor of Science, Paramedic Diploma, and Advanced Emergency Medical Care Assistant (AEMCA). Shawn later progressed into roles as Superintendent Communications, and with a focus on systems support and special projects.

Shawn work as a Professor at the Seneca Polytechnic School of Public Safety for a decade. He holds a Master’s degree in Disaster and Emergency Management and recently completed his Project Management Professional designation."
