Suzy Teubner is the 911 Training & Quality Assurance Supervisor with the Nova Scotia Department of Emergency Management and training lead for NG9-1-1. Her career has included 911 call taking, and dispatching police, fire, and medical for agencies in Nova Scotia and Ontario. In 2022, she founded the Canadian National NG9-1-1 Training Collective after recognizing the need for trainers to collaborate across the country and share resources and was awarded APCO's Trainer of the Year in 2023.
