Ayaan Haider is one of the co-founders and Head of Mapping at AirMatrix, an urban drone UTM company. His role entails building advanced mapping technology for complex urban centres, municipal and regulatory relations. Ayaan is the Co-Chair Canada’s Flight Safety Action Team (FSAT) which was created to address drone safety across Canada. Ayaan is most excited about bringing urban aviation to reality in cities around the world, especially those places which have an opportunity to leapfrog billions of dollars in infrastructure spending in favour of more efficient and environmentally friendly solutions.
