Senior Vertiport Planner
Ken Reed has over thirty years of experience as an airport planner, specializing in computer simulations of airports, both landside and airside. For the last year, he has applied his expertise to modeling multiple vertiport layouts in order to analyze vertiport capacities (both airfield and parking), delays, and infrastructure needs. He has presented his results at the eVTOL Insights conference in NYC last month (October). Ultimately, his analysis techniques will be used to measure taxiing distances and durations, vertiport network conflicts, and interactions with legacy airports and aircraft.
