Mihai is the CEO of VELARY which he co-founded in 2017 with the goal of making cost effective and widely accessible autonomous long range BVLOS UAV missions available to the public safety and commercial arenas to improve and save lives.

Passionate about aviation and technology, Mihai has been over the last 15 years a serial investor and start up developer in various verticals like insurance, software, technology, services, light industry, energy and real estate, acquiring significant experience in the realm of incredibly volatile and challenging, but hugely satisfying commitment to advancing transformational start-ups.

Mihai has also worked across Europe for more than 20 years as a lawyer in the areas of Corporate, Finance, Contract and Business Advise and Litigation.
