Reno Mathews has been with DDC since early 2017. Initially, he worked as a UAV Design Engineer putting his engineering background to work, and then shifted gears to helping establish the Flight Operations and Safety & Compliance Departments. He is currently the Manager of Regulatory Compliance & Flight Safety ensuring regulatory compliance and overseeing all aspects of the company’s Safety Management System (SMS) program. Reno has a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree and has completed his certification in Data Analytics from the University of Toronto as well as Aviation Safety Management Systems from the University of Southern California. Reno is also a licensed Project Management Professional (PMP).
