Devan leads the implementation of the port authority-led Roberts Bank Terminal 2 Program, a generational project of national significance which will help deliver on Canada’s economic security, trade soverignity and trade diversification objectives. Once complete the new marine container terminal will increase Canada’s capacity to trade in containers on the west coast by approximately 1/3. Devan brings more than 20 years of experience in infrastructure delivery to this role.

As an advocate for stakeholder engagement and multi-agency collaboration, Devan is also a volunteer director with the non-profit BC Construction Roundtable.
