Michael is the Chief Operating Officer of All Roads and brings more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Beginning his career as a Materials Testing Technologist with Columbia Bitulithic and Pitt River Quarries, he progressed through operations, dispatch, estimating, project management, and executive leadership roles, developing a comprehensive understanding of the industry from the ground up.

After joining Lafarge's Estimating and Project Management team in 2002, Michael held several management positions and was instrumental in securing and delivering major construction projects. He joined All Roads as a Senior Project Manager and Estimator before advancing to Director of Projects and Production and ultimately Chief Operating Officer.

As COO, Michael is responsible for leading the company's operational strategy, project delivery, production activities, and organizational performance. His leadership is centred on safety, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and the development of strong teams that consistently deliver exceptional results for clients and communities throughout the region.
