Sarah leads ACCIONA’s communications strategy for North America, supporting the company’s position as a leader in sustainable infrastructure and strengthening relationships with partners, communities and stakeholders across the region.

She is a public affairs and communications professional with more than 20 years of experience spanning infrastructure, government, stakeholder relations and media. Before joining ACCIONA, Sarah held senior leadership roles with the Province of British Columbia, including Executive Director of Major Projects Labour Agreements at TICorp and Executive Director of the Community Benefits Office in the Ministry of Finance.

Her experience also includes serving as an Executive Director in Government Communications and Public Engagement and as Press Secretary to the Mayor of Vancouver. Sarah holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Ottawa and a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from the University of Victoria. She is also, somewhat outside the infrastructure world, a graduate of the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
