Paula Mckay is the Associate Deputy Minister for the Highways and Regional Services Division with the Ministry of Transportation and Transit. Previously, she was the Assistant Deputy Minister of the Strategic; Corporate Priorities division since 2022 and spent 14 years in leadership roles in the Southern Interior Region. Paula led her team in expanding the Trans-Canada Highway and responding to climate-related disasters. Paula studied business administration at Okanagan University College and actively volunteers, including serving on the Thompson Nicola Cariboo United Way Board and Kamloops Ruff Start Rescue.
