Jonathan Ramsay Massicotte holds a mechanical engineering degree with nearly 15 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. Having worked in all spheres of the industry, consulting, contracting and now manufacturing has led him to develop the skill set to properly identify and resolve building envelop issues in the north American roofing industry. Jonathan has been with Ventilation Maximum for 5 years and has lead various roof ventilation reform projects with the AMCQ, AARA and the Quebec new home warranty program (GCR) amongst being implicated with the RCABC, the Canadian Standard Association (CSA) and the National Research Center of Canada (NRCC) with upcoming projects.

Focused on educating the industry regarding the benefits of proper attic ventilation, Jonathan is also committed to pushing the boundaries in product development and building envelop science. His goal is to shine a light on the importance and impact of attic ventilation for the Canadian market, given our changing climate.
