Before joining TBB, Lara worked in the Government of Canada, notably at Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), where she was instrumental in pioneering the Economic Mobility Pathways Pilot (EMPP), Canada’s approach to displaced talent mobility.
