Angeline S. B. Nyce is a registered professional forester and principal owner of A. Nyce Law Corporation in West Vancouver.
She was called to the bar in BC in 2007 and worked for boutique business and litigation firms, as well as a large national law firm with an international presence until 2013, when she incorporated her own practice. The latter includes energy, mining, and forestry development and regulatory processes.
On the business side, she negotiates contracts and commercial agreements, including Indigenous partnerships and participation agreements. Angeline also provides strategic advice to support long-term investments and regularly advises on mergers and acquisitions; in particular, the purchase and sale tenures, licenses, lands and other assets, and labour and employment and environmental matters.
