Jove Nazatul (they/them) is a trans, non-binary, queer person of colour and immigrant of mixed Asian heritage. Jove is a Regional Representative of the BC Centre for Women in the Trades and the first trans, non-binary person to be elected a Board Director of the Canadian Apprenticeship Forum. Outside of their work in the trades, Jove is a writer, filmmaker, and artist and is currently co-editor of Do Trans People Dream of Non-Binary Sheep?, the first gender diverse performance art anthology in Canada.
