Sara (she/her) is a certified Project Management Professional with over 20 years managing projects for both the non-profit and the private sectors, in Canada and the USA. Her expertise covers a diverse background from IT to construction, change management to new program development. Sara holds a BBA from Simon Fraser University and an MBA from Thompson Rivers University. She was a semi finalist at the 29th Annual John Molson International MBA case competition in Montreal.
Sara has a passion for building capacity in both organizations and her surrounding community. An avid volunteer she leads several local initiatives including running a community garden, a local online forum on youth employment and one on dyslexia. She has also taught project management, and grant/proposal writing workshops to non-profits in both BC and Ontario
