Nina Widmer is the first female in Manitoba to earn her Red
Seal Bricklayer certificate. For the past 18 years, she has honed her craft
while restoring historical masonry buildings throughout Manitoba. Her passion
for preserving our masonry heritage, while building our future, lead her to
co-create Widmer Castings Inc. with her partner. Being the current Chair for
Build Together Manitoba has given her many opportunities to promote masonry,
while supporting and advocating for women to join the trades.
