Stephanie Allen is a Pre-Apprenticeship Program Coordinator at WEST of Windsor. She has 13 years of program management, employment counselling/job development experience while working with women, newcomers and people with disabilities. Stephanie is passionate about helping with their employment goals and learn how to achieve them through various avenues including education/training.
Stephanie has Bachelors Degree in Sociology and Education and has worked at WEST in Employment Services since 2014. She has established relationships with community and industry partners to help break down employment barriers and assist women with discovering their employment goals.
