After leading an initial white paper in partnership with BAPCO to explore ‘Artificial Intelligence in the Public Sector’, and then becoming a recipient of the Iain Thompson Bursary, Dr Aaron Peter Page is undertaking an ongoing voluntary project with BAPCOs support to explore how public sector organisations can ensure they are ‘ready’ to implement AI. Taking a holistic organisational view of AI implementation, the six fundamentals (Data, Organisation, People, Technology, Responsibility, Objectives) needed to implement the technology successfully will be presented as part of ‘The AI ReadinessHexagon Model’. The focus of which is to support organisations in understanding the right questions to ask before, after and during the deployment of an AI solution.
