Michael Notarstefano is the Director of ECC Engagement at RapidSOS. He brings a unique perspective to his role, grounded in his start in public safety as a Police Officer and Police Dispatcher with the San Diego Police Department in Southern California beginning in 2015. His experience in the 911 center fueled a passion for leveraging technology and problem-solving to improve emergency response. Having been part of the team at RapidSOS for 4+ years, Michael now specializes in building relationships and helping 911 agencies adopt the latest innovations in public safety technology. His expertise includes facilitating the integration of technologies that provide highly accurate caller location, critical data from connected devices, and AI tools designed to enhance dispatcher efficiency and ultimately better serve communities.
