Morgan Bush is an Advanced Practice Clinical Leader at 9-8-8: Suicide Crisis Helpline, Canada’s 24/7, national suicide helpline. She is a registered social worker, and holds a master’s degree in Criminology. She has been working in the mental health and addictions sector for over 17 years, in frontline and leadership roles. Improving interoperability between 9-8-8 and Emergency Services is one of the primary foci of her work. Morgan is a member of NENA’s Canadian Standard for 9-1-1/9-8-8 Interoperability Working Group, and chairs 9-8-8’s 9-8-8/9-1-1 Working Group
