Objectives:

• You will be provided with a brief introduction to components of Borderline Personality Traits that can be manifested in Adolescents
• We will discuss when to consider these traits vs. other mental health problems
• I will introduce tools to determine when to seek consultation from Psychiatry and/or hospital services after pediatric consultation
• We will discuss options for longitudinal care of these youth and their families.
