Description


Objectives:
1. To enable identification of sources and symptoms of distress for pediatricians who are providing care.  
2. To develop strategies and approaches to deal with difficult and adverse events to cope professionally with dominant problematic scenarios.
3. To apply a therapeutic understanding/methodology to better manage difficult events through skillful communication and collaboration with patients, families, staff and medical colleagues. 
4. To describe programs that offer practical support for pediatricians by connecting to their basic values in providing medical care.
