Alastair McAlpine is a pediatric infectious diseases physician at BC Children's Hospital, and director of the PHSA antimicrobial stewardship (AMS) program. He is passionate about vaccines and responsible antibiotic use. When not at work, he can be found running and listening to heavy metal music.
