Meera Rayar is a pediatric hematologists/oncologist at BC Children's Hospital, where her clinical practice focuses on bone marrow transplantation and hematology.  She completed her medical school and pediatric residency training at McMaster University. She went on to complete a fellowship in pediatric hematology/oncology (PHO) and subspeciality training in bone marrow transplant and survivorship at the Hospital for Sick Children. She is a graduate of the Clinical Investigator program and has a master's degree in health service research from the University of Toronto.  Her academic work focuses on  health care utilization and policy. Meera has an interest in quality improvement work and currently serves as the Division of PHO quality medical lead and co-lead of the BCCH Quality Network.
