Massoud Daliry is a Senior Structural Engineer with over 25 years of experience specializing in hydroelectric, dam, and large-scale water infrastructure projects.
He holds a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering and is a Professional Engineer licensed in Ontario, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick, as well as in several U.S. states. He is also a member of both the Canadian Dam Association (CDA) and the United States Society on Dams (USSD).
Over the course of his career, Massoud has led the structural design and rehabilitation of more than 30 medium- to large-scale dams and water infrastructure projects worldwide. His expertise includes advanced analysis and design of concrete dams, seismic and safety performance assessments, and the development of rehabilitation strategies for hydro structures. Outside of work, Massoud enjoys reading, road trips, and travelling.
