A Senior Engineer with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mr. Lukov has over 12 years of experience in the mining and construction sectors, specializing in the design, assessment, and safety management of tailings and water retention structures. He has been involved in numerous Dam Safety Reviews (DSRs), Engineer of Record (EoR) mandates, and detailed engineering studies for both conventional and co-disposal tailings storage facilities (TSFs). His expertise covers geotechnical and hydrotechnical analyses, dam design reviews, and risk-based performance assessments.

Mr. Lukov brings hands-on knowledge from his involvement in the construction of multiple tailings embankment projects in northern Quebec and has experience working both in Canada and abroad (Bulgaria). He also has several years of experience managing multidisciplinary mining projects, including bid preparation, budget and schedule monitoring, stakeholder coordination, and construction oversight.
