Riccardo Stucchi graduated in Civil Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano (Italy), obtaining his M.Sc. degree in 2009. He joined Lombardi SA, Switzerland, in the same year and has since accumulated 17 years of professional experience in dam engineering, with expertise spanning design, monitoring, safety assessment, inspection, and rehabilitation projects worldwide. His professional activity has focused in particular on advanced numerical modelling and analysis in geotechnical and structural engineering. He is currently Head of the Dams Division within Lombardi's Technical Scientific Services Department, based in Switzerland.
