Bryan Bale is the Manager of Tailings Engineering for Teck Resources Ltd., and he supports tailings management and tailings facility design for Teck's North American sites and projects. He has previously worked at an operating mine site as the Responsible Tailings Facility Engineer, and as the Tailings Lead for several early-stage projects. Prior to joining Teck, he worked as a geotechnical engineering consultant and has degrees in Civil Engineering and Geotechnical Engineering.
