Klay Tindall, RPF, is the general manager of Líl̓wat Forestry Ventures (LFV), a Líl̓wat Nation- owned enterprise that generates profits, creates jobs, and builds skills through sustainable forestry and contracting services.
Since 2012, Klay has led LFV’s operations across five Líl̓wat Nation forestry tenures, managing an annual harvest of 110,000 m³ of timber and a workforce of 25–50 employees.
Klay serves on the boards of the Truck Loggers Association and the BC Community Forest Association. He also advises the First Nations Forestry Council and partners with industry and training organizations to expand opportunities for Indigenous communities. He holds a Bachelor of Forestry and an Advanced Leadership Certificate from UBC.
