Michael Tomlinson, RPF, P.Ag, managing partner at Consus Management Ltd., has more than two decades of experience in forest management, silviculture, and landscape rehabilitation across BC.

As managing partner of Consus Management, he specializes in sustainable forestry planning and large-scale rehabilitation initiatives that balance ecological integrity with community and economic outcomes.
Since the early days of CCR, Mike has served as an advisor, project manager, and technical lead, helping shape its mission to restore fire-damaged forests and reduce wildfire risk in the Chilcotin region.

His early work as general manager of the Eniyud Community Forest — a partnership between Tŝi Del Del First Nation and Tatla Lake area communities — was instrumental in developing CCR’s first large-scale rehabilitation projects in 2014, laying the foundation for one of the largest Indigenous-led forest recovery efforts in BC.

Rooted in a multigenerational forestry family from Vancouver Island, Mike brings both technical expertise and a deep respect for the land to his work. In 2025, he was recognized as the Indigenous Forestry Mentor of the Year for his leadership in training and supporting emerging Indigenous forestry professionals.
