Bob Vaughan is the president of Bob Vaughan and Associates - a management consulting company in Kelowna BC — Bob has worked with the BC Road Builders Board of Directors and many of their member companies for the last 20 years. Bob has conducted over 80 partnering sessions on many of BC and Alberta's most significant road-building projects, including Kicking Horse Canyon in Golden and South Fraser Perimeter Road in Vancouver.

Today’s projects are more complex, with multiple owners, multi-discipline consultants, and several sub-contractors. Everyone has good intentions to finish the projects on time and on budget, but there are many misaligned goals and miscommunications. Bob will share the lessons learned from conducting over 100 Alliance, Partnering and Culture for Success workshops over 25 years.
